Service Description

This class was previously based in Cheddington and has now moved to Pitstone Memorial Hall. These classes are fun, creative & inclusive, suitable for everyone. By using yoga props and modification of poses, you can go deeper or slower and always with adjustments and modifications. The classes are always different, sometimes flowing, sometimes slower, but always with an emphasis on your body and alignment so that you can get the best out of your yoga sessions. I always recommend that you have your own equipment to practice at home, and it's just nicer to have your own. However, if you do not have equipment, I always have some spare that you can use.
