Winter Solstice

This beautiful, atmospheric, seasonal workshop is always the most popular on the calendar. We start after the sun has gone down on the shortest day of the year with the hall illuminated only by the glow of the candles.

The evening will begin with some luxuriously slow yoga, deeply connecting to our breath and body, interwoven with some meditative Yin Yoga poses.

We end the practice with a deep, nurturing relaxation backed by soft drumming and singing bowls. Lie back and enjoy! Finally, we will emerge from the darkness into the light, and share some food, my homemade mince pies, drink, warming apple punch or mulled wine, and connections.
